When considering admission for your loved one to our services, a tour is very important.
In addition to touring, these are some protocol documents you
should have if the applicant executes them:
Copies of all health insurance and drug cards:
- Power of attorney
- Living Will and/or Advanced Directive
- Long Term care insurance
Things you should know:
- Doctor's name
- Medications being taken
- Finances of the applicant
