Kosher Preservation Fund

Kosher Preservation Fund

This fund is both an endowed and unrestricted revenue source, which guarantees that Seashore Gardens Living Center will forever remain kosher.

The food costs of serving kosher can be up to five times the amount of the same non-kosher item.

The Passover season accounts for 20% ($30,000) of the additional food, labor and cleaning costs of keeping kosher for a year ($150,000) at Seashore Gardens Living Center. We provide over 200 kosher meals a week to community agencies and hospitals. Please designate Kosher Preservation Fund on your check.
